By submitting a job application form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information you have provided in the job application form is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You understand that any false statements, misrepresentations or omissions may result in the rejection of your application or the termination of your employment if you are hired.

Consent to Background Checks: You understand that Statewide FCU may conduct background checks on applicants as part of the hiring process. By submitting a job application form, you consent to Statewide FCU conducting such background checks.

Employment At-Will: You understand that submitting a job application form does not create an employment contract or guarantee employment. If you are hired, your employment will be at-will, which means either you or Statewide FCU may terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

You understand that any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in the rejection of your application or the termination of your employment if you are hired.

Release of Liability: You release Statewide FCU, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any liability arising out of or related to the submission of your job application form, the hiring process or any employment decisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Statewide FCU is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the job application process shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.

By submitting a job application form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.
