With our toll-free TellerPhone number and your telephone, you can conduct business on your Statewide accounts anywhere in the world, anytime, day or night! TellerPhone gives you the freedom to access account information and transfer funds when you need to, not just when our offices are open! And it's FREE!
    
To get started with TellerPhone, simply call the toll-free TellerPhone number (1-800-553-8890). You'll be asked for your account number (this is your basic account number with no "sub-identifiers" - see below.) Since this is your first time to access TellerPhone, you'll be asked for your Social Security Number and to set the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your choosing. This four-digit number is known only by you, so that your transactions are safe and secure. (You'll also need this PIN to access eBranch Home Banking for the first time.)

Once you've set your PIN, you'll be able to access all of your account information, including accounts on which you may be a joint owner or joint borrower. You can also transfer funds between these accounts and request that a check be mailed from your account to your address of record.

To inquire on an account, press 1.    

For office locations and hours, press 2.      

For merchant verification, press 3.

To inquire on your checking account, press 1.

To inquire on your credit card, press 5.      

To transfer money or withdraw money by check, press 6.

To withdraw money from your share or checking account, press 3.  (Withdraw by Check)

To make a loan payment, press 2.

To transfer money to another member's account, press 3. (Cross member transfer)
