W ith our toll-free TellerPhone number and your telephone, you can conduct business on your Statewide accounts anywhere in the world, anytime, day or night! TellerPhone gives you the freedom to access account information and transfer funds when you need to, not just when our offices are open! And it's FREE!
To get started with TellerPhone, simply call the toll-free TellerPhone number (1-800-553-8890). P ress Option "1" for Account Information. You'll be asked for your account number (this is your basic account number with no "sub-identifiers" - see below.) Since this is your first time to access TellerPhone, you'll be asked for your Social Security Number and to set the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your choosing. This four-digit number is known only by you, so that your transactions are safe and secure. (You'll also need this PIN to access e*Br@nch Home Banking for the first time.) Once you've set your PIN, you'll be able to access all your account information, including accounts on which you may be a joint owner or joint borrower. You can also transfer funds between these accounts and request that a check be mailed from your account to your address of record.
To familiarize you with the terminology used in TellerPhone, remember that your primary account number is the set of numbers shown on your Statewide membership card. "Sub-account Identifiers" are those digits that identify the particular accounts you may have listed under your primary account. For example, "00" identifies your share/savings account; "75" identifies your checking account, etc. Once you understand these simple rules, the system will guide you with menus throughout all the options available. Just to make it even easier, listed below are all the options and transactions available!

TellerPhone will prompt you for the information it requires for each transaction. Check your statement for the sub-account identifiers. All dollar amounts should be entered without a decimal point.
